THE OUTCOME
Real-time reporting led to faster and easier decision-making
Leveraging our ongoing research efforts, we identified a need and delivered an elegant solution that made HR teams’ job easier during difficult times. The reporting page provided live-updating insights for HR and Compliance Managers of over 40 customer organizations, enabling them to make informed decisions about office capacity limits. In some instances, it facilitated the decision to temporarily close down a location due to a COVID-19 outbreak.
The dashboard's design also played a key role in Appian's ability to market the solution to new customers.

First tab: managers gauge the trend of COVID-19 cases and monitor office usage, allowing them to drill down and analyze individual data points.
Second tab: managers identify potential COVID-19 hotspots in specific locations, prompting operational changes to ensure health and safety.
